Notice of Staff Training Day – 24th March 2023

That’s why we have scheduled a staff training day, which will require us to close our office for the day on the 24th March 2023.

For customers who have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with us, you can email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will ensure that your tickets are actioned on the following day.
In case of an emergency, we will have a skeleton staff available to respond to your queries and concerns over the phone. We take emergencies seriously and are committed to providing prompt and efficient assistance whenever needed. The emergency number is available to customers with SLA agreement within you contract, or via your manager.
We understand that communication is crucial in situations like this, and we want to ensure that you are aware of our plans. We encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns or questions about the training day or our services in general.
