3CX Version 18 has introduced a new web interface and a new application that runs standalone to your browser. Clearer functionality and less IT administration are required with the new interface, allowing for far more productive users.

NTES have for some time used third party tools to provide this integration as we are a long time Microsoft Partner. The good news is now this is included in the 3CX product. Allowing set users to use the Teams interface / phone instead of, or alongside the 3CX webclient.

Working remotely with 3CX has never been easier.  Massive improvements for Apple IOS and Android have been included in the product.  Allowing for network changes and speed changes on the move.

Version 18 of 3cx has improved the Video Conferencing system performance by over 60%.
